# ❓ Common Problems

#### Fluxus External AI crashes when attempting to load a model <a href="#kiwi-x-external-crashes-when-attempting-to-load-a-model" id="kiwi-x-external-crashes-when-attempting-to-load-a-model"></a>

1. Make sure the model is in **ONNX**
2. Don't spam click. Click once and wait until the model loads
3. It's recommended to not click anything else after attempting to load a model

#### My screen constantly shakes when using Fluxus External <a href="#my-screen-constantly-shakes-when-using-kiwi-x-external" id="my-screen-constantly-shakes-when-using-kiwi-x-external"></a>

**Lower/Raise** in game sensitivity and/or sens within the external's settings under the **Aim Menu**.

#### Fluxus External is not aiming <a href="#kiwi-x-external-is-not-aiming" id="kiwi-x-external-is-not-aiming"></a>

1. Check your **AI Confidence**, unless you're creating a model and don't want it to aim - do not have it at 100% ai confidence. It should be **0 - 80%**, mess with it till its at a good value for **you**.
2. Your **FOV may be too low** (should not be at 10, 0, etc).
3. Make sure your AI aligner is on
4. Make sure that you're using the right keybind for triggering. We recommend using **Left ALT**. Some users also prefer to use **Caps Lock** or a side button on their mouse.

Please understand that Fluxus External AI **usually** doesn't work *well* on computers without the following specs CPU: minimum 4 cores (ex. i3 12100F) RAM: 8 GB GPU: NVIDIA Geforce GTX 1050 or equivalent

#### Increase Performance: <a href="#increase-performance" id="increase-performance"></a>

**Method 1**

1. Open **Task Manager**
2. Go to **Details**
3. Find **FluxusExternal.exe**
4. Right click
5. Click **'Set priority'**
6. Click anything higher than **"normal"** on the set priority list.

**Method 2**

Run Fluxus External on high performance by doing the following:

1. Open Settings
2. Go to **'Game Mode'**
3. Graphics
4. Click **'Browse'** and find **FluxusExternal.exe**
5. Select **FluxusExternal.exe** and set it to run as **High Performance**.

If you're getting any other error then it's probably due to a missing package.
